If you’re looking for a low-stress (and free) way to fill a few summer mornings, this is worth a look.
First Presbyterian Church of Evanston is hosting Rainforest Falls VBS, a weeklong morning program for kids entering K–5th. It runs July 27–31 from 9am–noon and includes games, crafts, music, and a bunch of rainforest-themed activities.
It’s a structured drop-off program, and there are also Bible-based lessons woven in, as part of the traditional VBS format.
Open to all families—no church background needed.
